The latest instalment ……
Completed questionnaires continue to come in and many thanks to all parishioners who have taken the time to complete the survey. For those that haven’t managed to fill it out, there is still time to have your say and let us know your views. If you can’t find where you put the questionnaire, you can either complete it on our website or ask a member of the steering group for another copy (www.cubertndp.co.uk).

In the meantime, we are busy looking at other aspects of preparatory work that will feed in to a draft plan. We have formed several sub-groups, one looking at the local landscape and environment of the parish, led by Pat Coad, and another to consider how we communicate with parishioners and identify the various stakeholders with whom we will need to engage (Pete Hutton, Mike Crisp, Teresa Herman and Tim Lord). We are also liaising with other parish councils who have already gone through the process to hear how they navigated the course and see what we can learn from them.

Lastly, if anyone feels strongly about the future development of Cubert and would like to be involved with the preparation of the Neighbourhood Plan by joining the Steering Group, please get in touch. Many hands make light work and our contact details are on the website.
